Dean grew up in Rijeka, Croatia and obtained a law
degree from the university. However, his love for the
sea was stronger, and he decided to pursue a career
in yachting. In his free time, Dean indulges in outdoor
activities and various sports such as tennis, skiing,
water sports, and sailing. In fact, he has a passion for
racing sailing regattas. Dean is dedicated to ensuring
that your stay on MY PANAM is an unforgettable
experience and is willing to go above and beyond to
achieve this.

Anastasios (Tasos), grows up in Lesvos Island. He
holds A’ class engineer certificate and has completed
all the safety training. Tasos has more than 20 years
sea going experience with commercial background
and more than 7 years in the yachting industry.
He is capable to provide his skills/knowhow in any
boat size and he has great experience in newbuilding
and dry dock projects.
Anastasios brings great experience and knowledge to
ensure the smooth operation of the yacht and her
services. He is hard working, ready to help in all
departments and always willing to meet every guests
request.

Hailing from the Adriatic Sea, Lorenzo has the aquatic
life flowing through him and is right at home in the
water. Having finished Nautical School some many
years ago, he was destined for a life at sea and leads
our deck team with the great experience that he has
amassed over the years. From merchant ships to
superyachts of different sizes, he’s been there. He
has a keen interest in watersports ranging from
snorkelling to wakeboarding and is happy to assist
with any activities or special requests on board, and
will be sure to go out of his way to ensure everything
runs smoothly
during your stay on board.

Zlatko has accumulated numerous years of
experience working on some of the most advanced
vessels in the offshore industry across the globe. He
obtained his degree in Marine Engineering from the
University of Zadar. After reaching the pinnacle of his
career in the offshore industry, he made the decision
to transition to the yachting sector. Rotating crew member
With his unrestricted licenses, Zlatko is an extremely
valuable member of any yacht crew.

professional experience serve as a testament to his
dedication towards leading a productive life, while
still making time for his family.

Iryna grew up in a big coastal city in the south of
Ukraine. Her love for travel led her to the world of
yachting.
Iryna has extensive experience on charter and
private vessels from 35m to 100m. Prior to joining the
luxury yachting industry, she had 5 years of
experience of working on the cruise ships.
Very dedicated and efficient Chief stewardess she
has a professionalism and warm interaction with
guests. She loves taking care of guests and giving
them undivided attention, composing an ambience of
warmth, style and flair. In her spare time she is
travelling, reading or you will find her engaged in
some handicraft.

va comes from the capital of Croatia, Zagreb, but
has lived her whole childhood in the South of France
in a small city called Antibes. With her passion for
languages and communication after finishing her
master degree in translation, she stepped into the
world of luxury hospitality.
Iva worked in multiple 5 star hotels in the South of
France as well as the French Alps. Prior to joining the
yachting industry she also experienced life in the air
as cabin crew for Emirates airlines. After delivering
great client service she started her career on yachts
two years ago and is enjoying very much her life at
sea. She loves taking care of the guests with
empathy and understanding their needs. In her free
time, Iva enjoys traveling, learning new things by
reading and meeting new people from different
backgrounds.

Sebastian was born in Paris and raised in Venezuela.
He’s been living in France for the past 16 years. He
has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry
where he worked in the most prestigious Michelin
star restaurant in Paris. He’s been working for the last
7 years into the yachting industry.
During this time he has gained excellent
organizational skills and patience along with a strong
work ethic and a good attitude towards guests and
fellow crew members. Sebastian enjoys sports like
baseball and tennis. During his time off he really
enjoys travelling and discovering new restaurants
around the world.

Dmytro Deckhand, a seasonal maritime professional
who embarked on his seafaring journey at the age of
eighteen. Following his graduation from maritime
school, he swiftly transitioned from commercial ships

commitment to guest satisfaction, Dmitry epitomizes

assistance at every turn. His wealth of experience
