Captain Antonis was born in 1965, is Greek, married and father of one child. He graduated the Hellenic Naval Academy and had a successful career as a Naval Officer. After his retirement in 2008 with the rank of the Captain he joined the yachting business and was a Captain on Various Motor Yachts since then. He has very good manners, a lot of skills, team work and always willing to assist and serve client’s needs. He is very communicative, he has positive thoughts and is always keen to share his knowledge of the hidden beauties of Greece with their guests. His extensive experience of life cruising at sea insures that guests will have unique memories from Greek Islands. He enjoys communicate with people, yachting, traveling.

Dionysis has an extensive background in the culinary industry, having held the position of Head Chef at esteemed establishments such as Osteria 58, Siempre, Bocado, En Plo Vouliagmeni, Romano Glyfada, Delicciozo Glyfada, and Spuntino Glyfada. He has also worked as Chef at Vive Mar and Funky Gourmet, where he was a member of the team that was awarded a Michelin star in 2015. Additionally, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Casa di Pasta, Sphinx Glyfada, and La Spaghetteria Glyfada. His broad experience across multiple renowned kitchens highlights his expertise in fine dining and restaurant management.
